About Us

We're a growing general contracting company specializing in commercial tenant improvement, home remodels / additions and new residential builds. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and are looking for a reliable, skilled carpenter to join our team long-term.

What You'll Be Doing

This role is a supervisory role. You’ll be expected to lead, make decisions and take direction. You will have helpers and a superintendent and PM leading your daily rhythm. 

  • Leadership

    • Ability to read architectural plans 
    • Comfortable with talking to clients directly
    • Respectful to superiors and subordinates on the team 
    • Leading a team of helpers to accomplish tasks
    • Receiving critical feedback 
    • Implementing high efficient systems 
    • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
    • Having basic overall construction knowledge
    • Able to be molded and learn new systems and skills 
    • Very personable 

  • Finish Carpentry

    • Running different styles of trim
    • Installing interior doors 
    • Installing cabinets 

  • Rough carpentry

    • Remodel framing 
    • Building temp walls 
    • Installing load beams and headers 

  • Exterior carpentry

    • Wood rot repair
    • Installing windows and sliding glass doors 
    • Building decks (faux and wood decking)
    • Installing exterior doors and sliders Installing windows, including flashing, shimming, and trim work

  • Finishing

    • Running final punch list
    • Touch up painting 
    • Installing light fixtures and switches 
    • Basing drywall patches 

Nice to Have
